- "Wade In The Water" by Sweet Honey In The Rock. Teams work to save George & Izzie; George is prounced dead; repeats as Owen explains to Mrs. O'Malley why George joined the army; Clara yells at Lexie for saving her life.
- "The Fox" by O+S. Izzie tells Callie that George would donate 'everything'; Arizona asks Bailey for help diagnosing her patient; Derek checks on Meredith; Izzie is taken to see George.
- "Speaking A Dead Language" by Joy Williams. Cristina orders Lexie to be Clara's friend; Bailey asks the transplants teams who George's organs will go to.
- "This Sweet Love" by James Yuill. Cristina & Owen make out; Lexie reads a postcard to Clara.

- "Ghosts" by Fanfarlo. Lexie sits by Clara's bedside; Cristina & Owen lie in bed together.

- "The Chain" by Ingrid Michaelson. Arizona, Mark & Cristina finish the surgery on the baby's arms; Mrs. Crowley & her son, Tom, are taken into surgery; Izzie refuses to leave Derek's surgery.
- "Brown Eyes" by Rachael Yamagata. Lexie tells Steve about the spleen repair she did, then he informs her about the staff cuts; Derek says goodbye to staff; Cristina tells Owen she won't leave before Meredith; Mark finds Lexie crying over not losing her job.
- "In My Head" by Until June. Arizona tells Callie she can't go to Portland; Alex tells Izzie she has to take care of herself; baseball & beer.

- "Trading Things In" by Voluntary Butler Scheme. Alex starts his day, then runs into a bear outside the trailer.
- "Come On Be Good" by Dragonette. Lunch with diseased organs & a tick.
- "Long Time Gone" by Bachlorette. Izzie convinces Owen to try something else for Randy; Alex tells Meredith to try again with Thatcher.
- "Wish You Well" by Katie Herzig. Meredith is taken into the OR; surgery montage.
- "Morning Mist" by Sebastien Schuller. Izzie gives her condolences to Randy's girlfriend; The Chief tells Callie she's now an attending; Izzie meets the bear; Meredith wakes up & talks with Lexie.

- "Clap (See The Stars)" by The Myrmidons. Mercry West staff invade Seattle Grace.
- "I Want You Now" by Traildriver. Lexie, Cristina & Alex complain about the Mercy Westers; Izzie tells them to give the new guys a chance.
- "Your Ghost" by Greg Laswell. Callie's dad asks her about her future with Arizona; Alex finds a note in his cubby, then goes to tell Meredith & Cristina that Izzie left him.

- "Blindness" by Metric. Clean up in the hospital; The Chief breaks up a fight.
- "We Will Be Dust" by All Thieves. April & Reed treat a burn victim & her son.
- "Polaroid Solution" by Faded Paper Figures. The residents talk about criking Mrs. Becker; Alex talks to Izzie on the phone.
- "Songs From Different Times" by Jack Savoretti. Alex performs the crike; Mrs. Becker starts crashing.
- "Out Of The Dark" by Matt Hires. Derek tells the Chief to reconsider who's responsible for Mrs. Becker's death; Alex tries calling Izzie; Reed & Cristina defend April; April leaves the hospital; Meredith is discharged.

- "Moon And Moon" by Bat For Lashes. Alex tells Reed that Izzie missed her treatment; Owen coaches Cristina; The Chief fires Derek.

- "Her Rotating Head" by Bachelorette. Callie cooks breakfast for Arizona, Cristina, Owen, Mark & Lexie.
- "Breathe" by Cinematic Orchestra. Arizona operates on Wallace as Owen & Cristina burst in arguing; Arizona kicks The Chief out of the OR.
- "High Green Grass" by Sebastien Schuller. Reed talks to Jackson about Alex; Bailey thinks Alex would do good in pediatrics; Cristina gives Hillary the truth; Arizona watches Richard talking to Wallace's parents; Arizona gets a surprises at Callie's door.
- "North By North" by Faded Paper Figures. Callie apologizes, then Arizona leaves; Jackson drinks heavily; Lexie is disappointed that Arizona didn't like the party.
- "Before It Breaks" by Brandi Carlile. Jennings tries to save face with Wallace's parents; Redd joins Alex & the baby; a drunk Jackson has a run in with Cristina; Alex returns the baby to Laura.
- "Everything All At Once" by Correatown. Cristina needs to talk with Owen; Arizona allows Wallace's parents to see him; Derek & Meredith have a moment; Callie & Arizona talk.

- "Baby, It's Cold Outside". Arizona & The Chief sing while Owen plays the guitar & Teddy watches; Lexie argues with Sloan; Thatcher asks Meredith if The Chief is drinking again.

- "Breaking News" by Jack Savoretti. Derek & Callie tell Tom he needs a knee replacement; The Chief & Meredith review one of Ellis' old surgery films; Mark tells Sloan she & the baby can live with him & Lexie.
- "Hawthorne to Hennepin" by Clint Michigan. Charlie interrupts Alex & Reed's conversation about sex; Lexie breaks up with Mark after he says he'd choose Sloan over her.
