Paramore Rocks
So, I gotta admit something. I'm a Paramore fan. Back in the beginning of the year I downloaded CrushCrushCrush and played it nearly nonstop for a month or two. Since I downloaded it, it is currently sitting at the top of my most plays list in Windows Media Player, at 44 plays. That's a lot, not to mention the plays that were outside that program. Anyway, I was pumped to go see them and they didn't disappoint. It was also exciting to see Phantom Planet live, who played "Big Brat", "Do The Panic" and of course "California" among others. They were also awesome and fun performers. Paper Route was another great band who are well worth mentioning and I will definitely be checking out in the future. Jack's Mannequin wasn't my favorite, but then again I'm also not a teenage girl, as I think the big appeal of that band was the lead singer.
That all said, check out some videos from our concert courtesy of this YouTuber. They may not be the best, but at least, it's what we saw and heard (except without the tone deaf "singer" in the background).
In other news, two weeks from now we'll be announcing the winners of the 2008 TV Show Music Awards! Also, starting tomorrow, The Hills returns with new episodes and new music and then Gossip Girl follows on September 1st. Don't miss them!
