BotW - "Old Time Rock And Roll" by Bob Seger

What a nice week in TV music this time around.  If you didn't catch any shows this week, how dare you, here's what you missed.  Chuck had three great uses with The Isley Brothers' "Ain't I Been Good To You" (>/+) as Chuck gets in the mood.  Another nice moment came from no other than Britney Spears.  Never thought I'd say that.  Her "Toxic" (>/+) was played during the chase scene.  Finally from Chuck was The Eels' "Fresh Feeling" (>/+) played during the final scenes when Chuck broke up with Sarah.  I should also add that "Fresh Feeling" is my new favorite song, making it more imperative that you should check it out.

We also heard The Virgins a lot (that doesn't sound right) in Gossip Girl this week.  Check out "Rich Girls" (>/+), played on Nate's iPod as his mom is trying to talk to him.  Serena also beat Vanessa with Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Free Bird" (>/+), a great song that has been used very nicely in Buffy (listen @ 4:42).  Grey's Anatomy shortchanged us this week and only gave us "What Would Jay-Z Do" (>/+) by Ben Lee worth mentioning.  The song was used as McDreamy was out on his date with Sydney.  Private Practice brought us "You'll Come Around" (>/+) by Year Of The Monkey during the baby montage and also "Say It's Possible" (>/+) by Terra Naomi during the final scenes.

However, the best use came from Scrubs this week.  The track was in fact looped, but still Bob Seger's "Old Time Rock And Roll" brings back memories of the day when Tom Curise was cool (if ever).  No words can describe the scene, so just watch...
